A Phase III, Randomised Study of Adjuvant Dato-DXd in Combination With Rilvegostomig or Rilvegostomig Monotherapy Versus Standard of Care, Following Complete Tumour Resection, in Participants With Stage I Adenocarcinoma NSCLC Who Are ctDNA-positive or Have High-risk Pathological Features

This is a Phase III, randomised, open-label, multicentre, global study assessing the efficacy and safety of adjuvant Dato-DXd in combination with rilvegostomig compared with SoC, after complete surgical resection (R0) in participants with Stage I adenocarcinoma NSCLC who are ctDNA-positive, as determined by the Sponsor-designated ctDNA assay, or have at least one high-risk pathological feature.

Study of TROP2 CAR Engineered IL15-transduced Cord Blood-derived NK Cells Delivered Intraperitoneally for the Management of Platinum Resistant Ovarian Cancer, Mesonephric-like Adenocarcinoma, and Pancreatic Cancer

Stimulation With Bethanechol in Combination With Gemcitabine and Nab-paclitaxel in Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

The primary objective of this study is to assess the impact of bethanechol therapy on R0 resection rates. The safety objective will be assessment of the safety and tolerability of bethanechol in combination with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. The exploratory objective will be to evaluate genomic biomarkers associated with parasympathetic stimulation in pancreatic cancer, and the ability to reduce tumor growth rate.

Chemo4METPANC Combination Chemokine Inhibitor, Immunotherapy, and Chemotherapy in Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

The purpose of this study is to determine if combination treatment with cemiplimab, motixafortide, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel is effective in decreasing the size of the tumor(s), if it will prolong life in patients, and if it's safe. The treatment consists of standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) which is FDA approved and is standard treatment for patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Participants will receive immunotherapy (cemiplimab) which activates the body's immune system to attack cancer cells. Cemiplimab is FDA approved for treatment of skin cancer but not for pancreas cancer. Participants will also receive Motixafortide, a new medication which has shown in the laboratory to help immunotherapy work better. Motixafortide has been tested together with immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab), and chemotherapy (5-Fluorouracil and liposomal Irinotecan) and was deemed safe to test additional patients. Motixafortide has not been tested with the specific immunotherapy (Cemiplimab) and chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) which participants will receive and is being tested in this clinical trial.

Novel SEQUEnced Immunotherapy With Anti-angiogenesis and Chemotherapy in Advanced gastroesophageaL Adenocarcinoma

Cohort 1 \[CLOSED\] Study treatment involves two segments: (1) Induction Immunotherapy segment with pembrolizumab monotherapy every 3 weeks until irRECIST PD and (2) Combination Therapy segment. Nab-paclitaxel may be utilized in place of paclitaxel at investigator's discretion for subjects with paclitaxel reactions. Cohort 2 Patients are randomized to Arm A or B. Treatment in both arms includes pembrolizumab + RAM + paclitaxel.

Utility of ctDNA in Early Switch of First-line mFOLFIRINOX in Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

The purpose of this study is to understand whether a blood-based test called circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) can detect whether participants are having a desired tumor shrinkage or an undesired lack of tumor shrinkage, and to study whether these levels of ctDNA can be used to make treatment decisions faster than the current standard approach, which is to wait 8 weeks after starting chemotherapy to obtain participant first imaging scans since starting chemotherapy.

A Study to Investigate Tislelizumab Administered as Subcutaneous Injection Versus Intravenous Infusion Plus Chemotherapy in Patients With Unresectable or Metastatic Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

This study is designed to assess the levels of drug exposure following treatment with tislelizumab administered as a subcutaneous (SC) injection compared to intravenous infusion (IV) as first-line therapy in adults with gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) that is locally advanced and cannot be surgically removed or has spread from the stomach to other areas of the body. Approximately 351 patients will be participating in this study. The study is composed of a screening period, a treatment period, and a follow-up period.
