9 Clinical Trials for Astigmatism
This open-label study is of adults with astigmatism who have never worn contact lenses. Subjects will be fit into a one week planned-replacement contact lenses and will wear lenses for approximately 3 weeks. Subjects will return for vision and lens fit assessments and will complete surveys about their wear experience.
This will be a multicenter, prospective, open label, non-randomized, single arm 12 month study, evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the TECHNOLAS TENEO 317 Model 2 (Software version "1.28 US") excimer laser when used in LASIK surgery to treat hyperopia with or without hyperopic astigmatism. Both eyes of a subject may be enrolled so long as both eyes meet all inclusion/exclusion requirements. Analysis of the primary effectiveness endpoint will be completed at refractive stability.
This is a prospective, multi-site, dispensing, randomized, controlled, double-masked, bilateral wear, 2x2 crossover study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the test lens.
The main objective of this study is to demonstrate acceptable safety and effectiveness (performance) of comfilcon A Sphere, Toric, Multifocal, Toric Multifocal and Energys lenses, when used in the general population.
The purpose of this study is to generate clinical data to quantify the impact of residual astigmatism on the overall visual performance during distance, intermediate, and near viewing in patients implanted with Clareon Vivity IOLs.
The purpose of this study is to compare developmental outcome for young children (12 to 35 months of age) with astigmatism meeting American Academy of Ophthalmology spectacle prescribing guidelines and who are prescribed and provided spectacles for either Full-Time wear (encouraged and reinforced) or Ad Lib wear (wear dependent on child acceptance).
The purpose of this Post-Market Clinical Follow-up study is to describe the long-term safety and performance of the Clareon Vivity and Vivity Toric and Clareon PanOptix and PanOptix Toric IOLs.
Comparing post-operative visual acuity and patient reported satisfaction between Contoura with Phorcides and WaveLight Wavefront Optimized.
