Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The main purpose of this study is to compare genetic markers present on tumor cells before and after chemotherapy.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Recently diagnosed with clinical stage II, III, or IV breast cancer
  2. * Planning to undergo neoadjuvant or adjuvant systemic therapy; patients who have already completed neoadjuvant systemic therapy are also eligible
  3. * Must be \>= 18 years of age
  4. * If female, must not be pregnant
  5. * Must not have Hepatitis B, C, or HIV
  6. * Must be willing and able to sign informed consent document
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
