This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age 18 or older
  2. * Resident (6 months or longer) within the recruitment center
  3. * Fulfillment of the criteria for spontaneous ICH
  4. * No evidence of trauma, brain tumor/metastases or infectious processes as a cause of the hemorrhage
  5. * Ability of the patient or legal representative to provide consent for an interview, blood pressure determinations and DNA sampling
  1. * N/A
