Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is a prospective, longitudinal, observational study of free-living activity trackers and patient reported outcomes to test the hypothesis that daily activity will have stronger prognostic value than 6MWD in patients with pulmonary hypertension after 12 weeks.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Enrolled in L-PVDOMICS or
  2. * Any patient in the United States with pulmonary hypertension confirmed by hemodynamics and expert clinical diagnosis
  1. * Pregnancy
  2. * Hospitalization within the prior 3 months
  3. * Orthopedic limitations that preclude 6MWD testing
