Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of the study is to design and execute a prospective, longitudinal, descriptive cohort study in a pragmatic clinical practice for adults with symptoms that may be related to COVID-19.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 114 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Eighteen year of age.
  2. * Experienced one or more of the following symptoms in the last 28 days: cough, fever, shortness of breath, diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal pain OR am at high risk of exposure.
  3. * Have a Primary Care Provider.
  1. * Breastfeeding, pregnant, or expect that I might be pregnant.
  2. * Ineligible to receive a telehealth consult for any reason.
  3. * Unable to communicate in English verbally, and in writing.
  4. * Have an open legal case about my health.
  5. * Taking anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, antiseizure medications, antipsychotic medications or am in active cancer treatment
  6. * Taking medications with some risk of interaction with the herbal medicine. This will be determined at the time of the herbal consult by the clinic team.
  7. * Discretion of the practitioner or screener.
