The purpose of this study is to evaluate clinical significance of low pressure pneumoperitoneum during robotically assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP).

  1. * Diagnosis of prostate cancer
  2. * Have been evaluated to be fit for proposed surgery
  3. * Patients able to consent
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
