Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is a prospective cohort observational registry study that will include data on all patients who are treated at MHS facilities for COVID-19.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patient tested positive for COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)
  2. * Patient sought care for COVID-19 at a MHS facility
  3. * Aged 18 years or older
  1. * Patient that do not have COVID-19
  2. * Non-confirmed COVID-19 patients
  3. * Aged 17 years or younger
