Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The primary objective of the study is a data collection initiative. The study will collect clinical and radiographic outcomes of patients implanted with patient specific rods. The secondary objective is to collect clinical and radiographic outcomes of patients with hardware as a control cohort to the patient-specific rods.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patient has been/ will be operated and instrumented with patient-specific rod or spine hardware (control cohort)
  2. * Patient able to consent or assent
  1. * Patient unable to sign an informed consent form
  2. * Patient unable to complete a self-administered questionnaire
  3. * Patient is pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant during the duration of their study participation
  4. * Patient is older than 85
  5. * Patient is younger than 10
