This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The aim of the study is to establish an infectious risk stratification system based on pre-and post-operative blood endotoxin profile.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adults that is able to consent (≥ 18 years of age)
  2. * Scheduled to undergo PCNL at Uhealth tower and Jackson Memorial Hospitals
  3. * not currently immunosuppressed \[White blood count (WBC) \>= 2, not on immunosuppressive medications\]
  1. * unable to consent and \< 18 years of age
  2. * currently immunosuppressed (WBC \< 2, not on immunosuppressive medications)
