This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

To test the impact of a multilevel intervention on primary (provider-patient communication, intentions, and knowledge) and secondary (screening referrals and completion) outcomes.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:50 Years to 80 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * 50-80 years old;
  2. * current cigarette smoker or quit within 15 years;
  3. * a 20+ pack-year smoking history;
  4. * non-adherent to lung screening (\>13 months);
  5. * English-speaking;
  6. * scheduled for an upcoming clinic appointment (4 weeks - 8 weeks); and
  7. * able and willing to provide meaningful consent and complete telephone interviews
  1. * Individuals with a history of lung cancer
