Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is a multi-institution prospective study of patients with sinonasal malignancies. The goal of this study is to learn more about the course of sinonasal cancer, treatment outcomes, and patient quality of life. In addition, central mutational and genomic analysis of tumor tissue will be evaluated.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Subjects between the ages of 30 days (non-inclusive) and 99 years (inclusive)
  2. * Patients with a diagnosis of sinonasal cancer
  3. * Patients undergoing treatment at Mayo Clinic
  1. * Healthy individuals
  2. * Unwilling to sign the informed consent
