Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study is designed to test the effectiveness of a psychoeducation-based program to address communication and conflict resolution in families, thereby supporting mental health in children and their caregivers.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Two parents or primary caregivers
  2. * Child between 4 and 17 years old
  3. * English literate
  4. * Able/willing to participate through the 12-month follow up assessment.
  1. * Families who cannot communicate in English
  2. * Single parent families
