Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The PREFACE Study is a prospective, longitudinal cohort study of reproductive health and clinical outcomes among individuals diagnosed with colorectal cancer between age 18 to 49 years.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 49 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Known diagnosis of colorectal cancer
  2. * Age 18 to 49 years at colorectal cancer diagnosis
  3. * Diagnosed by and/or consulting with a physician participating in the PREFACE Study
  4. * No prior history of colorectal cancer and/or colorectal cancer treatment
  5. * Mentally and physically able to consent and participate in the study
  1. * Women who are pregnant at the time of colorectal cancer diagnosis
  2. * Prisoners
  3. * Unable to provide informed consent
  4. * Unable to read, write, or complete questionnaires in English
