Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is a preliminary, prospective interventional study to investigate the feasibility of using transcutaneous alternating current stimulation (TACS) after a traumatic brain injury (TBI) to improve cognitive function and decision-making.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adults 18 years and older
  2. * Diagnosis of a mild to moderate TBI (GCS \> 8 on admission)
  3. * Able to perform a computerized assessment
  4. * Willing to attend all scheduled appointments
  5. * Able to undergo the informed consent process
  6. * Adults 18 years and older

  8. * Willing to attend all scheduled appointments
  9. * Able to undergo the informed consent process
  1. * Open wound on scalp
  2. * Severe TBI diagnosis or GCS of less than 8 on admission
  3. * Non-English speaking
  4. * Incarcerated
  5. * Implanted defibrillator or pacemaker
  6. * Visual impairment that hinders ability to complete computerized assessments
