Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of creatine supplementation alone or in combination with a moderate session of physical activity on vascular reactivity and heart hemodynamics in elderly men.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Males
  2. * 55-80 years old
  3. * No restrictions based on race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status
  1. * Females
  2. * \<55 or \>80 years old
  3. * Individuals with known serious cardiac pathology
  4. * Individuals with known serious kidney pathology
  5. * Appropriate for moderate intensity exercise (screening using PAR-Q+)
  6. * Individuals currently consuming or had consumed creatine supplement within 3 months prior to screening
