Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study will attempt to determine if there is a statistic difference between the time to union, non-union rate and post-operative pain of patients who receive opioids for pain control vs. patients who receive NSAIDs and a reduced dosage of opioids for pain management

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patients between the ages of 18 and 105
  2. * Diaphyseal tibia fracture (OTA/AO 42 A, B)
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
