Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

This study will seek to improve communication with Spanish speaking families and patients with Cancer and Blood Disorders.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * 0 to 22 years of age
  2. * Diagnosis of leukemia or non-Hodgkin lymphoma
  3. * Spanish as preferred language for patient, parent or guardian
  4. * Received or receiving care at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD)
  1. * Patients without oncologic diagnosis
  2. * Patients with parents whose language preference is English
  3. * Patients who received care solely outside of the CCBD
