Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study will be designed to define the efficacy and safety of ablative therapies in the management of localized prostate cancer and comprehensively evaluate quality of life outcomes and oncologic control following treatment.

Participation Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 90 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:MALE
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Men with histologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma diagnosed on prostate biopsy
  2. * Men with histologically confirmed local recurrence of prostate cancer diagnosed on prostate biopsy and standard of care imaging excluding locoregional or metastatic disease
  3. * Age 18-90 years.
  4. * Life expectancy \> 1 year
  5. * Ability to understand and the willingness to sign a written informed consent.
  1. * Anatomic abnormalities that do not allow for focal ablation
  2. * Evidence of non-organ confined disease that is not feasible for ablation
  3. * Has active urinary traction infection
