This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:65 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * 65 years of age or older
  2. * Free of any significant underlying medical problems based upon a detailed medical history and physical exam
  1. * Known heart disease
  2. * Other chronic medical conditions requiring regular medical therapy including cancer, diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, and uncontrolled hypercholesterolemia etc;
  3. * Abnormality detected on routine screening suggestive of provokable ischemia or previously undetected cardiac disease or resting left bundle branch block on screening electrocardiogram.
  4. * Current smokers, as well as individuals who regularly smoked within the past 3 years
  5. * Subject with a body mass index ≥31 kg/m2
  6. * Pregnant individuals
