This project examines the impact of a healthy lifestyle intervention, specifically designed for adults with posttraumatic stress and identified cardiovascular risks.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * PTSD symptoms
  2. * overweight OR less than 30 min. of moderate physical activity 5 times per week
  1. * cannot exercise at a low-moderate level (walking)
