Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

LungTalk and leveraging Facebook-targeted Advertisement (FBTA) addresses the call to develop and test multi-level, cancer communication interventions using innovative methods and designs. The study's long term goal is to increase lung cancer screening uptake among appropriate, high-risk individuals nationwide.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:50 Years to 80 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * ≥20-pack-year smoking history;
  2. * Individuals who currently smoke or quit smoking within the past 15 years
  1. * Previously undergone LDCT for early detection of lung cancer, have a lung nodule or nodules that are currently being followed
  2. * Has ever been diagnosed with lung cancer
  3. * Individuals with impaired decision-making (because our primary outcome is decision-making, we will not include individuals with impaired decision-making)
