Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The overall objective of this study is to develop a novel couple-based mindfulness intervention aimed at reducing distress in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and their partners.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Provision to sign and date the consent form.
  2. * Stated willingness to comply with all study procedures and be available for the duration of the study.
  3. * Be aged \> 18 years.
  4. * Fluent in English language
  5. * Be a person (i.e., patient) diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), a partner (e.g., spouse) of someone diagnosed with mCRC, or a clinician who treats patients diagnosed with mCRC.
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
