Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The primary objective of this study is to identify and characterize frailty and pre-frailty in persons age 50 and older living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) followed by the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Infectious Diseases Specialty Clinics (IDSC).

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Person living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)
  2. * Age ≥50 years
  3. * Followed by the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Infectious Diseases Specialty Clinic (IDSC)
  4. * Eligible for Ryan White Program
  5. * Able to provide informed consent
  6. * Pre-frail or frail by electronic frailty index (eFI)
  1. * Age \<50 years (study designed to characterize frailty in aging persons with HIV)
  2. * Unable to complete the required assessments or questionnaires
