  1. * Present to Loyola Urogynecology clinic for their initial evaluation and identify as Spanish-speaking (as primary language)
  2. * Agree tp complete the study questionnaires
  3. * Must be at least 18 years of age
  4. * Must be able to read, speak and write in Spanish
  1. * Established patients at Loyola's Urogynecology clinic
  2. * Unable to complete the study questionnaires
  3. * Less than 18 years of age
  4. * Unable to read, speak and write in Spanish
