Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

This Intervention study anticipates that 100 nurses, patient care technicians and unit secretaries in the acute care setting at four Methodist Health System facilities will provide surveys to participants who had interventions

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 75 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Part of MHS (i.e., MCMC, MMMC, MRMC, MDMC, MLMC, MSMC)
  2. * The hospital has at least one Crisis Intervention Cart study clinical site investigator on-staff
  3. * Hold license as a Registered Nurse OR
  4. * Hold position as a patient care technician or unit secretary
  5. * Must be able to read English
  6. * Provide direct patient care or hold a unit-based leadership position (i.e., Nursing Clinical Coordinator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Team Lead)
  7. * Full-time, part-time, or PRN employee
  1. * Hospitals and clinical units will be excluded if they are outside MHS
  2. * Participants will be excluded if they at Director-level or above
