This study is evaluating the effects of riding on a cycle ergometer while experiencing virtual reality to determine its effect on mood.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 65 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Males and females over the age of 18 years
  2. * With or without symptoms of depression
  3. * Physically inactive or sedentary (less than 30 minutes per day)
  4. * Normal vision and no color blindness
  5. * No physical disorders such as walking with assistance
  1. * Below the age of 18 years or over 65 years,
  2. * Women who are pregnant
  3. * Individuals who have been diagnosed with mental disorders
  4. * Individuals with leg injuries
  5. * Individuals with cardiac problems
  6. * Individuals with a history of asthma
  7. * Individuals with a body mass index over 30.
