This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This clinical trial aims to evaluate whether a psychosocial mobile application (THRIVE-M), is efficacious for improving quality of life, psychological distress, and fatigue in patients living with multiple myeloma compared to usual care.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adult patients (aged 18 years or older) with one of the following diagnoses:
  2. 1. newly diagnosed multiple myeloma receiving first-line therapy,
  3. 2. multiple myeloma on maintenance therapy, or
  4. 3. relapsed multiple myeloma receiving 2nd or 3rd line therapy
  5. * Ability to comprehend, read, and respond to questions in English
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
