Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The primary objective of this study is to determine if stretching exercises as a conservative treatment option will correct kyphosis in postural and Scheuermann's kyphosis.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:8 Years to 21 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patients ages 8-21 with postural or Scheuermann's kyphosis with \>45° of kyphosis or \>10° of thoracolumbar kyphosis from T11-L1 or other cases which seem to have excessive kyphosis.
  2. * Parents of the patient ages 18 and older who are cognitively able to complete a survey will be included in the study as well.
  1. * Patients with congenital kyphosis or scoliosis.
  2. * Parents who are less than 18 years of age or cognitively unable to complete a survey will be excluded from the study.
  3. * Any records flagged "break the glass" or "research opt out."
