Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age 18 or older
  2. * Diagnosis of breast cancer, head and neck cancer or sarcoma
  3. * Completion of active treatment
  4. * Self-identify as a person with a disability according to the Americans with Disabilities .Act and the American Community Survey 6-disability questions
  5. * Able to understand and communicate in English
  6. * Medically stable enough to participate in two data collection sessions totaling 2 hours
  7. * Age 18 or older
  8. * Diagnosis of breast cancer, head and neck cancer or sarcoma
  9. * Completion of primary (i.e. surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation); may still be under-going endocrine or hormone therapies
  10. * Self-identify as experiencing disabling after-effects of cancer and its treatment according to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the American Community Survey 6-disability questions
  11. * Able to read, understand and communicate in English
  12. * Ownership of a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer.
  13. * Internet access
  1. * No diagnosis of breast cancer, head and neck cancer or sarcoma
  2. * In active treatment
  3. * Does not self-identify as a person with a disability according to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the American Community Survey 6-disability questions
  4. * Not able to understand and communicate in English
  5. * Not medically stable enough to participate in two data collection sessions totaling 2 hours
  6. * Age 17 or younger
  7. * No diagnosis of breast cancer, head and neck cancer or sarcoma
  8. * In active treatment
  9. * Does not self-identify as experiencing long-term effects of cancer and its treatment according to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the American Community Survey 6-disability questions
  10. * Not able to read, understand, and communicate in English
  11. * Does not have access to internet enabled smartphone, tablet, or personal computer
  12. * Does not have access to the internet
