Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this protocol is to study the efficacy of hiatal closure for early GERD disease. The study team hypothesizes that hiatal closure for early GERD disease is an efficacious treatment of GERD.

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL

Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age 18 - 50 years
  2. * Able to provide informed consent
  3. * BMI \<30
  4. * Hiatal defect \<4cm on esophagram
  5. * pH testing requirement: pH \<4 for \>5.5%
  6. * Surgical candidate for hiatal closure only
  1. * Vulnerable subjects (children, prisoners, pregnant women) will be excluded.
