Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The purpose of this study is to further understand the factors involved in increasing lung cancer screening.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:50 Years to 80 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * UC Davis Health Systems (UCDHS) primary care providers and clinic staff who provide services to patients ages 50-80.
  2. * Patients who are eligible for lung cancer screening.
  1. * Non-consenting patients and patients who do not speak English or Spanish
  2. * Patients aged 49 and younger
  3. * Non UCDHS primary care providers and clinic staff
  4. * UCDHS patients who have already received Lung Cancer Screening
  5. * Patients with existing Cancer diagnosis
