Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this study is to investigate the prevalence of dysglycemia with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) obtained during pulmonary exacerbations, both outpatient and inpatient, in youth with cystic fibrosis (CF).

Participation Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study:6 Years to 25 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * 6- 25 years old
  2. * Confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (based on sweat chloride and/or two known disease causing CF mutations)
  3. * access to a smart phone and/or internet connection and the ability to complete remote telehealth visits
  1. * known type 1 or type 2 diabetes, monogenic diabetes
  2. * critical illness requiring admission to the ICU
  3. * pregnancy
