Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and implementation considerations of a video aid to improve communication and patient-centered outcomes in older injured adults

Participation Criteria

Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * English or Spanish speaking
  2. * admitted to any level of care following trauma
  1. * Prisoners
  2. * Existing do not resuscitate (DNR)/do not intubate (DNI)
  3. * Patients admitted while on hospice
  4. * Patients not expected to survive over 24-48 hours
