This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to develop and refine a behavioral intervention to address fertility-related information needs and fertility-related distress among female adult survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Currently aged 18-44
  2. * Diagnosed with cancer at \<18 years old
  3. * Female sex
  4. * Uncertain fertility status
  1. * Age \<18
  2. * Currently under the care of a fertility specialist
  3. * Having a major/serious psychiatric concern (e.g., schizophrenia) as indicated by medical chart/medical provider
  4. * Inability to provide consent.
