This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is a study to test if performing airway exercises to improve snoring and sleep apnea using a mobile phone app is better than using a hardcopy guide.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 75 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Subjects with mild, moderate, and severe OSA who rejected/failed CPAP or other therapeutic options will be invited to participate in the study.
  1. 1. Age lower than 18 or higher than 75.
  2. 2. BMI \> 40
  3. 3. Alcoholism or drug abuse
  4. 4. A-fib, pacemaker, CHF, strokes, narcotics
  5. 5. Neuromuscular disease
  6. 6. Use of benzodiazepine hypnotics (may affect muscle tone)
  7. 7. Restricted tongue movement
  8. 8. Permanently blocked nose
  9. 9. TMJ disorder.
  10. 10. Lost to follow-up
  11. 11. Gained or lost ≥5% of body weight during 3 months
