This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This mixed-methods study seeks to evaluate the feasibility of Mystic Pets software and hardware within the pediatric population. This study will take place at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA).

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Between 4-17 years
  2. * English speaking participants
  1. * Legal guardian not present to obtain consent
  2. * Child with hearing impairment
  3. * Child with a significant neurological condition, or major developmental disability
  4. * Child with facial abnormalities or injuries prohibiting use of headsets
  5. * Nausea at the time of recruitment,
  6. * A history of severe motion sickness,
  7. * A history of seizures
