Targeting Driver Oncogenes With a Peptide Vaccine Plus Durvalumab and Tremelimumab for Patients With Biliary Tract Cancers (BTC)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and the immune response of personalized mutant peptide vaccine with poly-ICLC adjuvant (mBTCvax) in combination with durvalumab and tremelimumab following front-line treatment in patients with advanced stage BTC.

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1/2, open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion and combination study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of Spevatamig (PT886). Patients with the following tumor types will be eligible for screening: unresectable or metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma, biliary tract carcinoma (BTC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).

A Study of AMG 193 in Participants With Advanced MTAP-null Solid Tumors (MTAPESTRY 101)

The primary objective of Parts 1 and 2 of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AMG 193 alone and in combination with docetaxel in adult participants with metastatic or locally advanced methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP)-null solid tumors. The primary objective of Part 3 of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of AMG 193 in adult participants with metastatic or locally advanced MTAP-null solid tumors.
