The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the Kosmos Automatic Bladder Volume to the manual annotated bladder volume in participants across gender (male and female), age (children ages 7-17 and adults 18-89), and BMI strata (low to normal and high BMI). The hypothesis it aims to evaluate is: The Pearson correlation coefficient between Kosmos estimated bladder volume and manually annotated bladder volume will yield more than 0.90. Participants will: * Have their full bladders scanned and bladder volume calculated using the Kosmos Ultrasound Diagnositic System by both a nurse and sonographer. * Participants will void and measure their urine volume. * Participants empty bladders will be scanned and bladder volume calculated using the Kosmos Ultrasound Diagnositic System again by both a nurse and sonographer. * Three sonographers will manually annotate the pre- and post-void exam images for each patient to calculate the manually annotated bladder volume.

This clinical registry study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the AE05ML device for ligating vessels and tissue structures during laparoscopic surgery using Hem-o-lok® Medium Large (ML) polymer clips. The primary objective is to assess the device's safety and performance, with secondary objectives focusing on device performance characteristics and operator feedback.

The goal of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the feasibility of bladder transplantation in patients with terminal bladder diseases who would benefit from a new bladder or a combined kidney and bladder transplant. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is human bladder transplantation feasible and safe? * How will the new bladder function in terms of storage and emptying? Participants will undergo a bladder-only or combined kidney and bladder transplantation. They will then be followed for two years to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and functionality of the bladder transplant.

The purpose of this study was to see if adding a new type of medication recently approved to treat overactive bladder (mirabegron) to an antimuscarinic treatment (solifenacin) would be more effective in controlling incontinence than when using the antimuscarinic treatment alone.

This study is designed to be a United States multicenter prospective randomized controlled non-inferiority evaluation of transgastric and transvaginal Natural Orifice Translumenal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) cholecystectomy compared to laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elective surgery patients. Up to 200 patients will be enrolled to obtain 70 NOTES cholecystectomies (35 transgastric and 35 transvaginal) and 70 laparoscopic cholecystectomies on a randomized basis. In order to evaluate the hypothesis that NOTES cholecystectomy has equivalent safety and efficacy to laparoscopic cholecystectomy, clinical and administrative outcomes will be measured.

This is a randomized clinical trial study to test the efficacy and safety of amitriptyline in the treatment of patients newly diagnosed with painful bladder syndrome (PBS). PBS is defined by symptoms--frequent urination day and night and increasing pain as the bladder fills--according to the International Continence Society. The syndrome includes interstitial cystitis (IC), which has been estimated to affect as many as 700,000 people, mostly women. Estimates for PBS vary widely, but as many as 10 million people may suffer from this condition. Although amitriptyline is a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved medication used for depression, the way it works makes it useful for treating the pain of fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and other chronic pain syndromes. Prior small studies in interstitial cystitis (IC) suggested the drug may be a wise choice for this syndrome as well, because it blocks nerve signals that trigger pain and may also decrease muscle spasms in the bladder, helping to relieve the symptoms of pain and frequent urination.

This is a Phase 3, open-label, single arm trial designed to evaluate Cretostimogene patients with NMIBC who have failed prior BCG therapy. Up to approximately 115 CIS bladder cancer patients with or without HG Ta or HG T1 papillary disease will be enrolled under the original protocol through Amendment 4, which will comprise Cohort C. Cohort C is closed to enrollment. Under Amendment 5-1, Cohort P was added to enroll up to 70 patients with HG Ta/T1 papillary bladder cancer. Under Amendment 6, the target number of patients enrolled in Cohort P was increased to 75. Cohort P is open to enrollment Cohort C and Cohort P will be analyzed and reported separately. Patients will have had to fail prior BCG therapy which is defined as having persistent or recurrent disease within 12 months (Cohort C) or 6 months (Cohort P) following the completion of adequate BCG therapy for HGUC

The purpose of this study is to examine the usefulness of implanting small 24-K gold fiducial markers around a bladder tumor site, so that a Radiation Oncologist can identify the original tumor location at the time of radiation treatment. Other goals of the study include assessing whether a new MRI imaging technology can help with detection of bladder cancer earlier and more accurately when evidence of bladder cancer is not visible by scope.

This study will be conducted in adult subjects diagnosed with any form of an advanced or metastatic solid tumors including urothelial carcinoma for which standard therapy is no longer effective or is intolerable. This is a phase 1, multi-center, open label study designed to assess safety and tolerability of IK-175 as a single agent and in combination with nivolumab, to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D). Disease response, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and response biomarkers will also be assessed.

This study will determine whether Synergo® RITE + MMC treatment is efficacious as second-line therapy for CIS NMIBC BCG-unresponsive patients with or without papillary NMIBC, through examination of the complete response rate (CRR) and disease-free duration for complete responders. The study will also explore progression-free survival time, bladder preservation rate, and overall survival time. The study will address an unmet need to identify a treatment effective in both ablating the disease and providing a prolonged disease-free period for patients. Ideally, the treatment will delay progression to invasive disease, thus preserving the bladder.

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol in children and young adults undergoing urologic reconstructive surgery. The investigators plan to collect data on speed of recovery (how quickly pain improves, length of time in the hospital, and the need for additional pain control) on patients who receive care under the ERAS protocol and compare it to historical controls.

This is a Phase 1b/2 multi-center, open-label study to establish the initial safety and to determine a recommended Phase 2 dose of B-701 in combination with pembrolizumab, and to determine safety, tolerability and efficacy of B-701 (vofatamab) plus pembrolizumab in the treatment of subjects with locally advanced or metastatic UCC, who have progressed following platinum-based chemotherapy and who have not received prior immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.

This is a single-arm, phase 1/2a study of formulated paclitaxel in subjects with low-grade, noninvasive papillary carcinoma (stage Ta) of the bladder. Part 1 of the study will enroll 6 subjects (3 per cohort) with low-grade, stage Ta transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the bladder who will receive escalating doses of paclitaxel formulated as TSD-001 every 2 weeks for 6 treatments until Dose Limiting Toxicity (or until the Maximum Deliverable Dose) is observed (Maximum Tolerated Dose established). Part 2 of the study will enroll an additional 10 subjects with low-grade, stage Ta (uni-or multifocal) TCC of the bladder who will receive weekly TSD-001 for 6 weeks at the highest nontoxic dose (i.e., MTD) established in part 1 of the study. May meet definition of low grade without histological tissue diagnosis if on cystoscopic assessment they have a solitary papillary tumor. Part 3 of the study will continue to track subjects enrolled in Parts 1 and 2 to determine rates of disease-free survival.

This is a Phase 1/2(b), sequential, dose escalation, open-label, randomized expansion, multicenter, efficacy and safety study of vofatamab alone or in combination with docetaxel, or versus docetaxel in FGFR3 mutant/fusion subjects with Stage IV, locally advanced or metastatic UCC who have relapsed after, or are refractory to at least one prior line of chemotherapy. This study is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1b (Cohort 1), Phase 2 (Cohorts 2 and 3), and Phase 2b (Monotherapy Expansion Phase and Randomized Phase).

This is a prospective, single-institution, single-arm, phase II clinical trial that tests a novel strategy of neoadjuvant Sasanlimab, an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI), in combination with stereotactic body radiation therapy as an in-situ vaccination in patients, who are ineligible to receive cisplatin-based chemotherapy and undergoing radical cystectomy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer.

This study is about assessing the helpfulness of two treatment delivery methods for bladder leakage or urinary incontinence. It is being funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs. By doing this study, the investigators hope to learn which treatment method is the most helpful remote delivery method for treating bladder leakage. The total participation time in this research is 6 months. During the first 8 -12 weeks of the study, you will receive standard of care from an online educational program (MyHealtheBladder) or a video visit with a provider through VA Video Connect. You will be selected by chance to receive MyHealtheBladder or VA Video Connect. About half-way through the study, the investigators will ask you about your bladder symptoms. If your bladder symptoms are not better, you will be selected by chance to continue the previous treatment or receive an initial or booster video session with a provider. Throughout the study, you will be asked to answer questions related to your health, bladder leakage, costs due to bladder leakage, and track your behavioral training.

Bladder cancer is the most common urinary tract cancer and the 5th most common cancer in the US (1). Yet bladder cancer research is underfunded relative to other common cancers. As a result, bladder cancer care is prone to evidence gaps that produce decision uncertainty for both patients and clinicians. The Comparison of Intravesical Therapy and Surgery as Treatment Options (CISTO) for Bladder Cancer Study has the potential to fill these critical evidence gaps, change care pathways for the management of NMIBC (non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer), and provide for personalized, patient-centered care. The purpose of CISTO is to conduct a large prospective study that directly compares the impact of medical management versus bladder removal in recurrent high-grade NMIBC patients with BCG (Bacillus Calmette-Guerin) failure on clinical outcomes and patient and caregiver experience using standardized patient-reported outcomes (PROs).

The purpose of this study is to test if an experimental drug called Durvalumab (Medi4736) given by intravenous (IV) infusion is effective in treating carcinoma in situ (CIS) of the bladder that no longer responds to Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) and to collect information on the safety of these drugs and whether they cause any side effects.

Researchers also want to find out the side effects of these drugs when given together. This study will also help in finding out the effect on tumor of the combination of enzalutamide, gemcitabine and cisplatin.

This is a Phase 3b open-label, randomized, parallel-arm, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 10 monthly intravesical administrations of maintenance therapy with valrubicin following induction with valrubicin as compared to induction with valrubicin only in subjects with CIS of the bladder. The randomization will be 1:1 and subjects will be stratified by tumor type (CIS plus papillary disease vs. CIS only) and time from last bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) failure (\>1 year vs. \<1 year).
