Brain Stimulation Effects on Post-Stroke Fatigue and Aphasia

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if electrical brain stimulation applied to the front parts of the brain can help people who have had a stroke improve their fatigue, language, and attention. The main question it aims to answer is: * Does transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) administered to the pre-frontal areas of the brain improve post-stroke fatigue and aphasia? * What kinds of participant characteristics are associated with better improvement of post-stroke fatigue and aphasia? Researchers will compare active electrical stimulation to sham stimulation to see if the active stimulation does a better job at reducing fatigue and language deficits after stroke. Participants will be asked to complete fatigue, language, and cognitive testing before and after receiving 10 sessions of tDCS plus speech and language therapy.

Study to Investigate the Efficacy of Abrocitinib in Adult Participants with Severe Fatigue from Post COVID Condition/Long COVID

The primary purpose of this phase 2a study is to compare the efficacy of abrocitinib to placebo in improving severe fatigue in non-hospitalized adults with symptomatic Post-COVID Condition (PCC) (also called Long COVID). We are also interested in learning if abrocitinib is effective in improving overall health status in people suffering from severe fatigue from PCC. Eligible participants with a confirmed history of COVID19 infection who also have PCC according to the World Health Organization definition, will be randomized to receive abrocitinib at a dose of 50 mg, 100 mg, or placebo by mouth daily for 12 weeks (84 days).

A Trial of Dyanavel XR in Treating Co-occurring Fatigue Symptoms in Adults With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The goal of this clinical trial is to study the impact of Dyanavel on co-occuring fatigue in adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. The main question it aims to answer is whether Dyanavel XR leads to a statistically significant reduction in fatigue compared to placebo, as measured by the Fatigue Symptom Inventory.

Telehealth Exercise Program Evaluating Fatigue and Physical Function in Rural Cancer Survivors

This study investigates the efficacy of a telehealth exercise program designed specifically for rural cancer survivors with cancer-related fatigue (CRF). Small dried blood samples and measures of physical function will be collected throughout the program. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the exercise program improve CRF in rural cancer survivors? * How do CRF, metabolism, and physical function change during the exercise program? Researchers will compare the program to a wait-list control group. This group will complete all study measures without without changing current physical activity before receiving the full exercise program. Participants will: * Complete a virtual physical assessment before and after the program. * Complete brief virtual assessments and collect dried blood samples (at home and mailed in) every two weeks during the program. * Receive a personalized exercise program including virtual sessions and remote exercise programming with a cancer exercise specialist (after a 12-week wait period in the wait-list control group). * Optional: Willing participants will visit a study site for a laboratory-based exercise assessment before and after the program.

Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation for Motor Function and Fatigue in PD

The investigators hypothesize that multi-session anodal tDCS (atDCS) of the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (LDLPFC) will induce long-lasting effects in improving motor function and reducing motor fatigue and fatigability in PD patients.
