The investigation is an early feasibility study in up to 5 subjects, in which the primary objective is to capture preliminary safety and effectiveness information on the Magnetic Bead Tracking system.
The goal of this clinical trial is to test a new heart device called P3 Occluder System in patients who have a small opening between the upper chambers of the heart (called a Patent Foramen Ovale or PFO) and have experienced a stroke that may be related to this heart opening. The main question it aims to answer is: • Is the P3 Occluder System safe and effective for closing a PFO in patients who have had a stroke that could be related to a PFO. Participants will: * Undergo the procedure to implant the P3 Occluder System, if deemed appropriate. * Visit their doctor at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 5 years after the procedure for follow up exams. * Answer a phone call from study staff at 2 years, 3 years, and 4 years after the procedure to answer a survey.
This research is being done to investigate a treatment regimen of Irinotecan, Temozolomide, and Sargramostin, and an immunotherapy called Naxitamab and whether giving Naxitamab more slowly reduces the side effects for participants with relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma. The name of the study drugs involved in this study are: * Naxitamab (A type of monoclonal antibody) * Irinotecan (A standard of care chemotherapy) * Temozolomide (A standard of care chemotherapy) * Sargramostim (A standard of care, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor)
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the intravaginal Cern device works to treat bacterial vaginosis and fungal vaginitis in premenopausal women. It will also learn about the safety of the device. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the device accomplish symptom resolution and negative diagnostic tests post-treatment? What medical problems do participants have when using the intravaginal device? Participants will use the investigational intravaginal device for 5 consecutive days, participate in teleconferences and weekly follow-ups, attend in-clinic visits, and maintain a study diary.
The purpose of this early feasibility study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of the device for percutaneous shunting of the interatrial septum and improvement of heart failure related symptoms. The primary goal is to determine if the device is safe to use. The findings from this study may be used to refine the intended patient population, the design of the device, or develop a subsequent randomized study.
The goal of this clinical trial is to understand if people recovering from anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) surgery will complete mental imagery training and if this will improve their injured leg's strength. The main questions are: * Will people complete a five-day mental imagery exercise schedule while in physical therapy for ACLR? * Does mental imagery exercise help raise leg strength during ACLR recovery? Researchers will also compare if different mental imagery exercises involving leg extension or squats will change leg strength. Participants will be asked to: * Participate in two testing sessions to make measurements of leg function * Complete about 10 minutes of mental imagery exercises once per day for five days at home and write down whether they complete the exercises.
This study is a feasibility study of a new device that moves the hand of patients with spasticity to reduce hand muscle tone. The device's ability to improve spasticity before and after a 20-minute session with the device at Yale New Haven Hospital's outpatient clinic of Physical Medicine \& Rehabilitation, or the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
The goal of this clinical research study is to determine how well a tirzepatide-assisted weight loss program works before a prostatectomy in patients with intermediate risk prostate cancer
The objective of this study is to enhance the safety profile of SAbR in ultra-central tumors of the lung (primary or metastatic) without compromising its effectiveness.
The PeriCut early feasibility study will evaluate the safety and feasibility of successfully performing a minimally invasive pericardiotomy in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction using the PeriCut Catheter System.
