Non-interventional Pre-screening Protocol Aims to Evaluate Participants for Potential Trial Eligibility in Future Clinical Trials/Studies Focusing on Metabolic and Psychiatric Health.

DOVE-MET-COME-100 is a single site prescreening survey study designed to identify adults who may be eligible for future industry-sponsored clinical trials. A physician will oversee the informed consent process, after which participants will be surveyed on demographics, medical history, current health conditions and symptoms. The study team may also collect basic health information, including vital signs, urine drug tests, blood samples and pregnancy tests (if applicable). A physician will review each participant's medical history in a one-on-one interview to assess potential fit for upcoming trials. If needed, the doctor may contact the participant's current doctors or pharmacies to gather more information for eligibility review.

Development and Pilot Trial of Focused ACT (FACT) for Patients With Advanced Cancer

Dose-Dependent Effects of Low-Intensity Focused Ultrasound

Low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU) has emerged as a tool to modulate the activity of deep brain structures noninvasively and reversibly, with anatomical precision. Following the results of a pilot study in which the investigators observed target engagement when LIFU was applied to the anterior limb of the internal capsule, the investigators now propose to determine the dose-response relationships of LIFU when applied to deep white matter tracts of the human brain. The investigators hope a successful study will be rapidly translatable into clinical trials seeking to understand mechanistic brain circuit-symptom relationships in major psychiatric disorders.

Sonodynamic Therapy With SONALA-001 and Magnetic Resonance Guided Focused Ultrasound for the Treatment of Progressive or Recurrent Glioblastoma

This phase Ib trial tests the safety, best dose, and effectiveness of SONALA-001 in combination with magnetic resonance imaging-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS), also called sonodynamic therapy, in treating patients with glioblastoma that is growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressive) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Sonodynamic therapy is a non-invasive combination therapy that uses low-intensity ultrasound, such as MRgFUS, to activate a drug, such as SONALA-001, to kill tumor cells. SONALA-001 binds to the tumor and may help the sonodynamic therapy target the tumor. MRgFUS is an image-guided, non-invasive technique that uses high energy ultrasound from the Exablate 4000 Type 2.0 device to kill tumors without damaging surrounding healthy tissue. Giving sonodynamic therapy using SONALA-001 with MRgFUS may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with progressive or recurrent glioblastoma.

Image-guided, Tumor-focused Radiotherapy Treatment in Intermediate and High-risk Prostate Cancer

This is a phase II non-blinded randomized controlled trial of image-guided, tumor-focused radiotherapy in patients with intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer planning to undergo definitive radiotherapy with or without systemic therapy. The image-guided, tumor-focused radiotherapy will be compared to standard, whole-prostate treatment. The investigators hypothesize that tumor-focused radiotherapy reduces the radiation dose to organs close to the prostate, possibly leading to decreased acute toxicity to the genitourinary and gastrointestinal organs. The investigators will measure acute and late genitourinary and gastrointestinal toxicity due to radiation and regardless of cause. The investigators will also measure overall survival, metastasis-free survival, and quality of life, as well as biomarkers that may help predict, in the future, who may have a worse toxicity following radiation therapy.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for Support of Psychological Distress in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors

This clinical trial evaluates the how well a virtually delivered solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT-C) works to decrease adolescent and young adult cancer survivors' psychological distress in comparison to enhanced treatment-as-usual care. Cancer and its treatment can have immediate and long-term impacts on adolescent and young adult cancer survivor's lives, including education and employment, financial stability, sexual health, and social, romantic, and family relationships. Consequently, many adolescent and young adult cancer survivors report psychological distress, often manifesting as depression and anxiety, and may benefit from psychotherapy to improve their engagement with medical treatment and overall quality of life. SFBT-C is a theory-driven and brief hope-based psychotherapy designed for the unique psychosocial needs facing adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. Undergoing SFBT-C may work better than treatment-as-usual care for the support of psychological distress in adolescent and young adult cancer survivors.

Low Intensity Focused Ultrasound for Chronic Pain: High Resolution Targeting of the Human Insula

In this study, the research team will use low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU) to temporarily change brain activity in a brain region that is known to be involved in chronic pain. Through this, the research team hopes to learn about how the brain area works in response to pain. There are main questions this study aims to answer: * The effect of LIFU to inhibit the posterior region of the insula (PI) compared to sham stimulation in individuals with chronic back pain (CBP) and widespread pain symptoms. * The effect of LIFU to PI compared to sham stimulation to reduce pain intensity and magnitude of the Neurologic Pain Signature (NPS) in response to evoked thermal pain. * The effect of LIFU to PI compared to sham stimulation to reduce pain intensity and magnitude of Tonic Pain Signature in response to tonic pain.
