The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety of TOS-358 in adults with select solid tumors who meet study enrollment criteria. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. what is the maximum tolerated dose and recommended dose for phase 2? 2. how safe and tolerable is TOS-358 at different dose levels when taken orally once or twice per day?
Newly diagnosed post-menopausal women with clinical stage II-III, HR+HER2- breast cancer are eligible to a randomized trial, concurrently open at five US academic institutions. Patients receiving 4 months of standard neoadjuvant hormonal therapy with letrozole are randomly assigned to one of 4 arms of a trial testing focal hypo-fractionated RT alone or with immunotherapy combinations.
The goal of this open-label dose escalation and expansion study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of NKT5097 in adults with advanced/metastatic tumors (emphasis on breast cancer and solid tumors with CCNE1 amplification).
