The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and tolerability of a pneumococcal vaccine in adults. Participants will receive either: * an experimental PG4 vaccine * a PG4 vaccine comparator * a standard 20vPnC vaccine comparator * placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the study medicine. Participants will take part in this study for up to 18 months depending on which group they are assigned to. During this time, the participants will receive up to two doses of study vaccine or comparator and take part in follow-up visits. At these clinic visits, participants will be asked if any side effects were experienced. The participants will also have to give blood samples during clinic visits.

This phase II trial compares the effect of initial vaccination (PCV20 followed by PSV23) with yearly vaccinations of PSV23 to the standard 5 year vaccination in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. At present chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients are poorly protected by anti-pneumococcal vaccination. Current vaccination schedule for chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients is based on general recommendations in immunocompromised patients (initial vaccination with PCV13 followed by one dose of PSV23 after an interval of two months, followed by revaccination at 5 years). Giving patients frequent immunization as compared to 5 year immunization may result in higher protective titers in patients.
The objective of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of 4 injections of VAX-31 (at 4 dose levels) compared to PCV20 in infants at 2, 4, 6, and 12-15 months of age, in addition to receiving routine US concomitant vaccines. Stage 1 of the study will comprise 3 dose ascending cohorts. Stage 2 of the study will enroll approximately 352 subjects. Stage 3 of the study will enroll approximately 500 subjects.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of PCV21 versus 20vPCV ( 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, Prevnar 20) for catch-up vaccination in infants (7 to 11 MoA-Months of age), toddlers (12 to 23 MoA), and children/adolescents (2 to 5 YoA and 6 to 17 YoA-years of age).
