Real-world Study of Treatment Outcomes in Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy/Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP)

This study is an observational, ambispective, descriptive, non-interventional study of people with a chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy/polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) diagnosis in the United States with residual impairment, disability, or neurological deficits after at least three months of treatment with standard of care therapy. The study is expected to last two years. Enrollment is expected to continue for one year. Depending on when the participant is enrolled, a participant can be followed for between one and two years, through the end of study, approximately two years after the study starts.

Clinical Outcomes Related to Treatment of Distal Symmetric Polyneuropathy Using Semiconductor Embedded Therapeutic Socks

Distal symmetric polyneuropathy, also known as diabetic neuropathy, is the most common neurological complication of diabetes and a main cause of morbidity. The condition leads to gradual loss of function of the longest nerve fibers that limits function and decreases quality of life. Symptoms present distally and symmetrically in toes and feet. Symptoms of the neurologic disability include sensory loss, risk of foot ulcers and limb amputations and pain. The condition is not generally considered reversible, and condition management aims to slow progression and prevent complications. According to estimates from the International Diabetes Federation, diabetic neuropathy affected approximately 425 million people in 2017, with projections indicating a rise to 628 million by 2045. Despite the high prevalence of this condition, it is commonly misdiagnosed and has limited treatment options. There are multiple phenotypes of diabetic neuropathy, with the most common form being distal symmetric sensorimotor polyneuropathy, which is what we will be focusing on in this study. The proposed study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of a non-compressive therapeutic socks throughout a 12-week course of rehabilitation for managing distal symmetric polyneuropathy. Outcome measures will be collected at standard intervals and compared with pre-treatment measures to evaluate effectiveness of treatment.

A Study to Test the Efficacy and Safety of Riliprubart Against the Usual Treatment of Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIg) in People With Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)

The purpose of the study is to evaluate efficacy of riliprubart compared to IVIg in adult participants with CIDP who are receiving maintenance treatment with IVIg. The study duration will be for a maximum of 109 weeks including screening, treatment phases, and follow-up.

Daratumumab for Polyneuropathy Associated With MGUS

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj in patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significant (MGUS) who have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy suspected to be cause by paraproteinemia. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: • how well does this medication help improve MGUS associated peripheral neuropathy Participants will be asked be asked to get some testing done prior to starting the trial in order for us to assess your nerve damage or peripheral neuropathy. This will include blood tests, a complete neurologic examination, surveys and tests called electromyogram and nerve conduction studies. Participants that qualify for the trial will take DARZALEX FASPRO® once a week for two months, followed by every other week from months 3 to month 6.

Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of NVG-2089 in Participants With CIDP

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of NVG-2089 and to evaluate how well patients respond to this investigational treatment. NVG-2089 is a new drug that is being developed for treating patients with CIDP. NVG-2089 is designed to mimic the effects of a protein called IVIg. NVG-2089 is designed to potentially help the immune system by attaching (binding) to certain receptors in the body and activating them, which helps reduce inflammation and supports how the immune system works.
