Sequential Treatment of Cabozantinib for Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effects of a higher dose of ncabozantinib in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma who have progressed on or after receiving cabozantinib treatment.

Effects of Belzutifan on 89Zr-DFO-girentuximab PET Uptake in Patients With Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)

The purpose of this study is to identify changes in Carbonic Anhydrase IX (CAIX) expression induced by hypoxia-inducible factor 2 alpha (HIF-2α) inhibition by initiating belzutifan single agent therapy and imaging CAIX expression with 89Zr-DFO-girentuximab PET before and 4 weeks after initiating treatment. This will be the first study to evaluate potential changes in CAIX expression altered by belzutifan. Information gained from this study will be leveraged to develop combinations of belzutifan with CAIX targeted agents including radioimmunotherapy in the future.

Towards Testing the Effectiveness of Recovery Community Centers (RCCs)

The goal of this pilot randomized clinical trial is to prepare for a larger randomized clinical trial (RCT) and collect some early data to learn if the intervention can help people who use medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD). The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is it feasible to recruit and randomize people to both treatment groups? 2. Does linking people to recovery community centers lead to better recovery outcomes? Researchers will compare linking people to recovery community centers (RCC) to enhanced treatment as usual to see if recovery outcomes are different. In one group, participants will learn about their local RCC and will be asked to visit their local RCC on at least two days and write about their experiences. In the other group, participants will learn about different recovery activities, pick any two, and do the activities of their choice on at least two days. They will also be asked to write about their experiences. People in both groups will answer online survey questions about their recovery outcomes and well-being in five surveys over one year.

Trial of XL092 in Combination With Immunotherapy in Patients Who Progress on Adjuvant Therapy in Clear Cell RCC

The study population for this Phase 2 study will include men and women ≥ 18 with confirmed renal cell carcinoma who have progressed on adjuvant anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, the current standard of care. Subjects will be randomized to Arm A or Arm B. Study treatment will be given in 28-day (4 week) cycles. Arm A treatment will consist of XL092 alone and will be taken once daily continuously (Day 1-Day 28). Arm B treatment will consist of XL092 plus nivolumab. XL092 will be taken once daily continuously (Day 1-Day 28) and nivolumab will be administered every 4 weeks (Day 1). Treatment will continue until progression by RECIST 1.1, toxicity, or other reasons as appropriate.

A Randomized Phase 2 Trial of Nivolumab, Relatlimab Plus Ipilimumab vs. Nivolumab Plus Ipilimumab in First-line Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)

This is a phase 2 stratified, randomized, multicenter, study investigating the efficacy of a triplet arm treating with nivolumab 480 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W), relatlimab 160 mg Q4W and ipilimumab 1 mg/kg every 8 weeks (Q8W) intravenous (IV) versus a doublet arm treating with nivolumab 480 mg Q3W and ipilimumab 1mg/kg Q3W IV in first-line advanced RCC.

Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) Guided Adjuvant ThErapy in Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)

The goal of this Clinical Study is to understand the outcomes by informing therapy choice for adjuvant treatment in clear cell renal cell carcinoma by using molecular residual disease. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * what is the progression free survival of a cohort of high risk resected RCC patients when treated based on MRD * what is the overall survival of high risk resected RCC patients when treated based on MRD Participants will forgo adjuvant therapy with pembrolizumab if they have no detectable molecular residual disease. Participants will continue on with standard of care pembrolizumab if they do appear to have molecular residual disease.

Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound Imaging for Diagnosing Recurrent Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) Post Ablation

This phase II trial studies how well contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) works for diagnosing patients with renal cell cancer (RCC) that has come back (recurrent) after an ablation. Diagnostic imaging, such as CEUS, may help find and monitor long term renal cell cancer recurrence following cryo or microwave ablation.
