Recruiting

Ropeginterferon in Patients w/Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL)

Florida · Tampa, FL

This is a single-center, phase I/IB study to identify the recommended phase II dose of Ropeginterferon-alfa 2b (P1101) in patients with CTCL who have failed at least two prior lines of skin-directed therapy (Stage IA-IB) or have less than a complete response to phototherapy or extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) or total skin electron beam therapy (TSET), or stable/progressive disease after at least two lines of topical therapy (Stage IIA-IIIB).

Recruiting

Duvelisib and Venetoclax in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL)

California · Los Angeles, CA

This is an open-label, phase I/II study of duvelisib in combination with Venetoclax for patients with relapsed/refractory NHL. Duvelisib is an FDA approved, marketed product used to treat certain patients with leukemia and lymphoma and Venetoclax, which is approved for treatment of certain patients with acute myeloid leukemia. The combination of these two drugs is experimental. Experimental means that it is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The researchers want to find out how safe it is to combine these drugs and how well this combination can work for your cancer.

Recruiting

A Study of Enasidenib in People With T-Cell Lymphoma

Massachusetts · Boston, MA

The researchers are doing this study to find out whether enasidenib is a safe treatment for people with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) that has an IDH2 mutation. The researchers will look at the safety of enasidenib when it is given alone or in combination with the drug rituximab.

Recruiting

A Study of TLN-254 in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory T-cell Lymphoma

Missouri · St. Louis, MO

The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of TLN-254 monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma.

Recruiting

A Phase 2 Trial to Assess Safety and Efficacy of Tofacitinib 2% Cream in the Treatment of Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL), Stages IA, IB, and IIA

Texas · Houston, TX

To study the safety and effectiveness of tofacitinib 2% cream in treating early-stage CTCL.

Recruiting

Tazemetostat Plus CHOP in 1L T-cell Lymphoma

Massachusetts · Boston, MA

This research is being done to evaluate tazemetostat in combination with CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone) chemotherapy as a possible treatment for peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL). The name of the study drugs involved in this study are: * Tazemetostat (a type of inhibitor for Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2 (EZH2)) * Standard of care CHOP therapy: * Cyclophosphamide (a type of alkylating agent) * Doxorubicin (a type of anthracycline antibiotic) * Vincristine (a type of vinca alkaloid) * Prednisone (a type of corticosteroid) * Standard of care BEAM conditioning regimen for autologous stem cell transplant: * Carmustine (a type of alkylating agent) * Etoposide (a type of Topoisomerase II inhibitor) * Cytarabine (a type of antineoplastic) * Melphalan (a type of alkylating agent)

Recruiting

A Phase II, Single-center, Single-arm Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Golidocitinib in the Management of Newly Diagnosed Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma Patients (GOLDEN Study) and Correlative Study

Texas · Houston, TX

To learn if the study drug golidocitinib given alone or in combination with the standard drug combination therapy called CHOP can help to control PTCL.

Recruiting

Soquelitinib vs Standard of Care in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma Not Otherwise Specified, Follicular Helper T-cell Lymphomas, or Systemic Anaplastic Large-cell Lymphoma

California · Burlingame, CA

A Phase 3, randomized, 2-arm, open-label, multicenter, stratified study of soquelitinib versus physician's choice standard of care (SOC) treatment (selected single agents) in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), follicular helper T-cell lymphomas (FHTCLs), or systemic anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (sALCL).

Recruiting

MB-105 in Patients With CD5 Positive T-cell Lymphoma

Texas · Houston, TX

This is a single arm, two-stage, Phase 2, open-label, multicenter study of MB-105 in patients with CD5 Positive (CD5+) Relapsed / Refractory T-cell Lymphoma (r/r TCL). This study will apply a Simon two-stage optimal design.

Recruiting

Intravenous Vesicular Stomatitis Virus in Patients with Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

Arizona · Scottsdale, AZ

This phase I trial studies the best dose and side effects of recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) carrying the human (h) sodium iodide symporter (NIS) and Interferon (IFN) beta (β) genes (VSV-hIFNβ-NIS) in combination with ipilimumab and cemiplimab in patients with T-cell lymphoma. A virus, called VSV-hIFNβ-NIS, which has been changed in a certain way, may be able to kill cancer cells without damaging normal cells. Immunotherapy with ipilmumab and cemiplimab may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
