This phase I trial is evaluating a new imaging tracer (68Ga-FAPi-46) with positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) to determine where and to which degree the tracer (68Ga-FAPi-46) accumulates in normal and cancer tissues (the biodistribution) in patients with solid tumors or hematologic (blood) cancers. PET is an established imaging technique that utilizes small amounts of radioactivity attached to very minimal amounts of tracer, in the case of this research, 68Ga-FAPi-46. Because some cancers take up 68Ga-FAPi-46, it can be seen with PET. CT utilizes x-rays that traverse the body from the outside. CT images provide an exact outline of organs and potential inflammatory tissue where it occurs in a patient's body. Combining a PET scan with a CT scan can help make the image easier to interpret. PET/CT scans are hybrid scanners that combine both modalities into a single scan during the same examination.
The goal of this clinical trial is to explore whether additional treatments can help strengthen the participant's immune system to fight cancer caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV), a virus spread through intimate skin-to-skin contact. The trial will also monitor the safety of these treatments. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the combination of treatments help the participant's body fight the cancer more effectively when used alongside standard therapy? What side effects or medical issues arise when using these experimental treatments? Researchers will use three experimental therapies along with the participant's standard treatment to find out if these therapies work better together than standard treatment alone. Participants will: Receive HPV vaccinations during the 2nd and 4th week of radiation, and again at weeks 8, 10, 12, and 16 after completing radiation. Have blood samples taken, tumor cells brushed from the surface, and imiquimod cream applied during each visit. Take a daily metformin pill and apply an imiquimod suppository three times a week for two weeks after each visit.
This is a phase II clinical trial to assess the clinical activity of immunotherapy with E7 TCR-T cells for metastatic HPV-associated cancers. HPV-associated cancers in include cervical, throat, penile, vulvar, vaginal, anal, and other cancers. Participants will receive a conditioning regimen, E7 TCR-T cells, and aldesleukin. Clinical response to treatment will be determined.
The goal of this study is to determine the feasibility of administration of a single dose of E7 TCR-T cells as induction therapy prior to definitive treatment (chemoradiation or surgery) of locoregionally advanced HPV-associated cancers. The intent of E7 TCR-T cell treatment is to shrink or eliminate tumors and thereby facilitate definitive therapy and increase overall survival. This study seeks to determine 1) if E7 TCR-T cells can be administered without undue delay in definitive treatment, 2) the tumor response rate to E7 TCR-T cell treatment, and 3) the disease-free survival rate at 2 and 5 years. Participants will undergo an apheresis procedure to obtain T cells that will be genetically engineered to generate E7 TCR-T cells. They will receive a conditioning regimen, a single infusion of their own E7 TCR-T cells, and adjuvant aldesleukin. Participants will follow up to assess safety and determine tumor response and will return to their primary oncology team for definitive therapy.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and therapeutic activity of GI-101/GI-101A as a single agent or in combination with pembrolizumab, lenvatinib or local radiotherapy (RT) over a range of advanced and/or metastatic solid tumors.
This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of talazoparib in combination with radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with gynecologic cancers that have come back after previous treatment (recurrent). Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving talazoparib in combination with radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with gynecologic cancers.
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of the ASk Questions in GYnecologic Oncology question prompt list (ASQ-GYO QPL) at improving patient self-efficacy, distress, physician trust, and knowledge compared to usual care during new patient gynecologic oncology visits. Also to determine the acceptability of the ASQ-GYO QPL with new gynecologic oncology patients.

Through this research, researchers hope to identify future treatments or even cures for the major diseases of our time.
The goal of this open label, randomized, controlled clinical trial is to assess the benefits of providing Reiki therapy to subjects receiving their first brachytherapy treatment for gynecological malignancies. Participants will either receive a session of Reiki therapy or usual care during the standard wait time between the placement of the brachytherapy device and brachytherapy treatment. Questionnaires will be administered at various time points on the day of the participant's first brachytherapy treatment as well as at the three month follow-up time point. Researchers will compare the intervention (Reiki therapy) and control (usual care) groups to assess the impact of the Reiki therapy on anxiety, pain, state anxiety, depression, and physiological measurements.
