EYE-TIE-201 is a 2-part study to investigate the safety and effectiveness of a new drug being developed called EYE201. All participants in the study will receive a total of 3 injections of EYE201 into the study eye, spaced at 4 weeks apart. In the first part, termed the multiple ascending dose (MAD) portion of study, the safety of EYE201 will be assessed at increasing doses in branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) participants. Approximately 12 participants will be entered in this part of the study. In the second part of the study, called the dose finding part, 2 doses of EYE201 will be selected and their effectiveness will be compared. This portion of the study assesses the safety and preliminary efficacy of EYE201 in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) or neovascular macular degeneration (NVAMD). Approximately 80 participants will be entered in this part of the study.
The purpose of this research is to measure changes in venous blood flow with an air-filled bladder under an intermittent pneumatic compression device cuff (used to prevent deep venous thrombosis) or venous diagnostic device cuff (used to detect deep venous thrombosis). The devices being used in the study are investigational and not FDA-cleared.
The goal of this observational study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of the WRAPSODY CIE in a real-world North American population. Participants treated with the WRAPSODY CIE device in accordance with the device instructions for use will be followed in accordance with standard of care up to 3-years post-procedure.
This study is a prospective, non-randomized, multicenter, single-arm, clinical study to evaluate the performance, safety and efficacy of the GORE® VIAFORT Vascular Stent for treatment of symptomatic iliofemoral venous obstruction.
The VOYAGER study is a primary data collection, non-interventional, prospective, multinational, multicenter study. It is designed to collect real-world, long-term data to explore long-term effectiveness, safety, clinical insights, treatment patterns, and factors driving the treatment decisions among patients being treated with specified Roche ophthalmology products in approved retinal indications (Faricimab for neovascular age-related macular degeneration \[nAMD\], diabetic macular edema \[DME\], and retinal vein occlusion; Port Delivery System with Ranibizumab for nAMD) in routine clinical practice. This study will not provide or make recommendations on use of any products including Roche products; treatment decisions will be determined by the treating physician and must be made independently to the decision to participate in this study. Participation in this study will not change or influence a patient's standard of care in any way.
This study will perform a prospective, longitudinal analysis of clinical and imaging findings from normal controls and subjects with retinal vascular disease to better define the diagnostic imaging criteria that signify change in disease stage. This includes disease progression in early stages of disease or disease regression with appropriate standard-of-care treatment.
Background: \- To understand diseases of the retina and the eye, information is needed about people with and without such diseases. Researchers want to study these people and follow them over time. They also want to study body tissues and blood to understand the nature of eye disease. Studying genes, cells, and tissues may help them understand why some people get eye problems and others do not, or why some people respond to treatment while others do not. Researchers want to collect physical samples and personal data to develop a National Eye Institute database. Objectives: \- To collect health information and blood and tissue samples from people with and without eye diseases, to be used in research studies. Eligibility: * Individuals at least 2 years of age with different types of eye disease. * Healthy volunteers with no history of eye disease. Design: * Participants may be recruited from National Eye Institute studies or may be referred from other sources. * Participants will be screened with a physical exam and medical history. They will also have a full eye exam. Questions will be asked about family medical history, especially about eye disease. * Blood samples will be collected. Other samples, such as saliva, tears, hair, stool, and urine, may be collected as needed. Adult participants may also provide a skin sample. * Tissue or fluid from eye collected as part of eye care or treatment may also be added to the database. * No treatment will be provided as part of this study.
This study will describe and estimate the incidence of Retinal Vasculitis (RV) events among patients and patient eyes receiving aflibercept intravitreal (IVT) (Eylea®, aflibercept 2mg) therapy in US clinical practice. The main objective is to describe demographic and clinical characteristics of patients receiving aflibercept 2mg injections, to estimate the incidence of RV and RV plus Intraocular Inflammation (IOI) following aflibercept 2mg injections and to describe characteristics of RV cases.
