This is an open-label, First-in-Human, Phase 1/2, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single dose of AVB-001. AVB-001 is an encapsulated cell product engineered to produce native human interleukin-2 (hIL-2). It is delivered intraperitoneally (IP) to patients with high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary, primary peritoneum, or fallopian tube.
This is a randomized, phase 1b study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and efficacy of sovilnesib at different dose levels to establish the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of sovilnesib in subjects with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC).
Study CP-MGD019-03 is an open-label study of lorigerlimab in participants with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) or clear cell gynecologic cancer (CCGC). Approximately 60 participants will be enrolled. The study will assess the efficacy and safety of lorigerlimab in participants with PROC or CCGC. Participants will receive lorigerlimab by intravenous (IV) infusion on Day 1 of every 21-day treatment cycle. Treatment cycles will continue until progression of cancer, unacceptable side effects, withdrawal of consent by the participant, or the study ends. Participants will be monitored closely for side effects by physical exam and routine laboratory tests every cycle. Tumor status will be checked approximately every 9 weeks for the first year, then every 12 weeks for the duration of treatment. Participants will have a safety followup performed within 30 days after treatment discontinuation. Participants who discontinue study treatment for reasons other than progression of cancer, will continue CA-125 and tumor assessments every 12 weeks. Participants who discontinue study treatment for progression of cancer will enter the 6-month survival follow up portion of the study.

IIMGN151-1001 is a Phase 1, first in human, open-label dose-escalation, optimization, and expansion study designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of IMGN151 in adult participants with recurrent endometrial cancer; recurrent, high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers; or recurrent cervical cancers. All participants will be, in the opinion of the investigator, appropriate for nonplatinum single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy.

This is a phase 1 dose escalation study to characterize the feasibility, safety and tolerability of MCY-M11 when administered as an intraperitoneal (IP) infusion for 3 weekly doses for women with platinum resistant high grade serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary, primary peritoneum, or fallopian tube, and subjects with peritoneal mesothelioma with recurrence after prior chemotherapy. The study will also assess multiple cycles of treatment and adding preconditioning with cyclophosphamide.
This clinical trial will evaluate the safety and tolerability of CRS 207 an investigational product that is a weakened form (attenuated) of Listeria monocytogenes, a type of bacteria that is commonly found in the environment. CRS-207 has been altered in the lab to reduce its ability to cause disease, while maintaining stimulation of the immune system. CRS 207 has also been genetically modified with recombinant DNA to release an antigen called Mesothelin. Because CRS 207 stimulates an immune response to Mesothelin and Mesothelin may be present at higher levels on tumor cells than on normal cells, this clinical trial will also examine if CRS 207 boosts the immune system in a way that targets certain types of cancer. The purpose of this first clinical trial with CRS-207 is to identify an appropriate dose of the investigation agent for later clinical studies and to explore safety when given to consenting adults with advanced cancer of the ovary or pancreas, non-small cell lung cancer, or advanced malignant epithelial mesothelioma. Immunological response to CRS-207 and tumor status of study participants will also be measured. Patients who choose to enter the study must meet all study entry criteria and must have previously failed standard treatment for their cancer. Qualifying study patients will be assigned to receive one of several dose levels of CRS-207. Each patient may receive up to 4 intravenous administrations (21 days apart) of CRS-207 at their assigned dose level.
This is an open label, multi-center, Phase 1/2 clinical trial in subjects with recurrent adenocarcinoma of the ovary who have been previously treated with a minimum of two courses of platinum-based chemotherapy, and up to two additional cytotoxic regimens that may also have included platinum (no more than four total lines of prior therapy), with or without bevacizumab, whose cancer has recurred within six months of the most recent platinum-based chemotherapy. All eligible subjects will receive VAL 083 i.v. in a once weekly cycle until disease progression, development of other unacceptable toxicity, death, withdrawal of consent, loss to follow-up, or Sponsor ending the study, whichever occurs first.
This clinical trial is studying advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are cancers that start in a part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once tumors have grown bigger in one place but haven't spread, they're called locally advanced. If your cancer has spread to other parts of your body, it's called metastatic. When a cancer has gotten so big it can't easily be removed or has spread to other parts of the body, it is called unresectable. These types of cancer are harder to treat. Patients in this study must have cancer that has come back or did not get better with treatment. Patients must have a solid tumor cancer that can't be treated with standard of care drugs. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called PF-08052666/SGN-MesoC2. PF-08052666/SGN-MesoC2 is a type of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. They may also stick to some normal cells. This study will have 3 parts. Part A and Part B of the study will find out how much PF-08052666/SGN-MesoC2 should be given to participants. Part C will use the information from Parts A and B to see if PF-08052666/SGN-MesoC2 is safe and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.
The goal of this study is to test A2B694, an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer (OVCA), mesothelioma (MESO), and other solid tumors that express MSLN and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression.
